Humboldt25 is a boutique, eco-conscious apartment community in Portland's Overlook neighborhood that needed to stand out in a competitive rental market and turn interest into signed leases.

We built a brand identity that balances modern minimalism with the warmth of sustainable living, using sleek typography and earthy accents to mirror the building's architectural ethos and instantly connect with renters looking for a thoughtful place to live. From there, we stripped away the clutter to create an intuitive website that makes it effortless for prospective residents to explore floor plans, schedule tours, and apply online. The approach resonated with the right demographic from day one and filled their available units fast.
